"Howdy! My name is Bob Adams and I am from Cheyenne, Wyoming. Last week I traveled to Richfield, UT to attend the Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree.
One could not help but notice the presence of the MTA, Triple S Polaris, ITP vendor booth, especially since they were offering FREE demo rides using your choice of available wheels and tires. Now we are not talking just ride around the park for five minutes, they let you take the sets out on the trail for the whole days ride! They also announced that they would then sell these wheel/tire sets at the end of the week for ridiculous prices. This deal was available to anyone, not just preferred customers or big name riders. I was looking to get some new meats for my 09 Polaris 850 EFI XP LE so I ask to try some and picked out a set. They had me fill out a survey, bolted them on and away I went. My ride that day covered 90 miles on all types of terrain in varying weather conditions (yes there was rain and hail). I got the demos plenty dirty, scuffed and even scratched the wheels. When I returned to their booth to get my stockers back is when things really got amazing.
Before coming to the Jamboree I had my ride in for the 1000 mile complete service at a local dealer knowing I was going to put 380 miles on it including the 4 day, 3 night mountain man trip where we stayed out on the trail for the duration. When the Triple S gang went to the left front to start pulling the wheel they noticed that the bearing was loose in the knuckle. It was 8:00 pm and parts (knuckle and bearings) were nowhere to be had at any price. Bad news for one getting ready to leave on the mountain man trip the next day. To keep this saga short and sweet the guys from Triple S Polaris took parts off their own machine, installed them on mine and warranted the parts and labor! All this at NO cost to me!!! By the way this was in a rain storm to boot. I offered to help and they let me hold the light for them. They also let me keep (buy) the wheels and tires for my ride the next day and not wait till Friday. The price they gave me was less than what they had announced that morning. The ITP SS wheels and the Baja Cross tires are outstanding!
I can’t imagine what else they could have done or how they could have been any more obliging to me in my time of need and all with a smile and saying how sorry they were it was taking so long. Go figure. Without there help I would have been stranded, not able to ride for the rest of the week. One scenario was to let me ride their rig, but instead they exchanged the necessary parts.
If a dealership will go to that extreme to help an out of state, ordinary rider I can’t imagine how well they treat their local regular customers. Wait, yes I can, they are probably even better to those in there area wanting to keep old customers, get new ones and provide outstanding pricing and service to promote business. The ideal way to run any business, the best for all concerned, manufacturer, local dealership, their vendors, and their customers.
I can’t thank all the people concerned enough for what they did for me. My sincere thanks goes out to ALL involved, the ones I met and those I did not. That includes the people at ITP and MTA for the great products and attendance at these events to promote while offering great deals, and especially the staff at Triple S Polaris for what they did for me. Hopefully I can repay you in some small way by writing this testimonial and referring any business I can your way.

"Just wanted to tell you guys how much we enjoyed the company and showing from Triple S while in Marysvale. The guys were great and I hope they took the kidding I gave them in stride.
I loved trying out the new ITP Baja Cross tires, they are awesome. I didn't want to give them back. Too bad my wife spent to much money down there or we would have bought them. I hope we didn't inconvenience you too much by promising we would buy them and then not being able to, I guess we didn't leave enough on the card to be able to get them. Our loss.

"Alex was my salesman. Great guy with a very professional attitude. Alex knows how to make a customer feel like he is the most important person in the world. I was very unhappy with the waiting part (I had to wait to get an 08 RZR) I was treated like a light switch, On-N-Off, On-N-Off. But that was not Alexs fault, I am sure it had to do with someone higher than him who couldnt seem to make up their mind about sending a truck to california to get the 08 RZR's (even though they definetly would have sold, you guys couldnt keep any in stock) But whatever. All I know is Alex made the whole deal, whithout him, I would have walked. Before this, I had never known Alex and now I hope that you guys start modeling all your salesman to act like him.
