Q1) How Would You Describe Your Visit To Our Facility: Excellent
A 1)I had a problem with my 2012 800 Pro Snowmobile. It started with the first ride of the year in January. The sled went into a limp mode and would slow to a slow speed. I was concerned about a motor problem so once on the main road we towed it back to the truck. The Service Dept. was back logged a bit but they got the sled into the shop in a reasonable amount of time. They determined that the kill switch had a short in it causing the limp mode. They also found a broken clutch spring. The clutch spring was under warrantee however the switch was not.

Q 2)Were You Satisfied With The Service Received: Yes
A 2) There was a misunderstanding about the belt damage / warrantee relating to the clutch spring issue. Once Chad Fisher became involved things progress forward to a resolution and I was very impressed and satisfied.

Q 3) Was Our Staff Friendly Efficient And Knowledgeable: Yes
A 3) Later in the month I took the sled out for the second ride and experienced a total motor failure with out warning. This was about one week past the warrantee expiration date. Chad made certain the motor was covered under warrantee. This was a huge relief and I was once again very impressed with Chad Fisher and the way he represented SSS Polaris Dealership. Credit should also be given to Fred Worth, my sales person who encouraged forward movement with this challenge. Thank you Chad, Fred and SSS Polaris.

Q 3) Was The Time Estimate Given For Your Work Request Accurate: Yes
A 3) Yes, the guys made certain the sled was ready for my next ride. I took it in on a Saturday and it was ready with a new motor on Friday. Again, very impressed with the Mechanic Staff.

Q 4) If Additional Work Was Necessary Were You Consulted First: Yes
A 4) Yes, it was stated that if I were to be responsible for the motor repair that I would do it my self, been riding sleds for 40 years fixing them for 30.

A 6) Yes Fred is the reason it came over to SSS Polaris, he sold me and my family several boats in the past while working at a boat dealership. He is a very knowledgeable and trusted sales person which is rare these days. A respected friend, Kenly Madsen also recommended SSS Polaris due do to his appreciation of the service department and the skills of the Mechanic Staff.

A 7) Certainly, we will be in the market for a side by side this summer.
